We know BG3 was released a month early to catch the right moment for the best sales. Best plan and all, given the circumstances, but otherwise they would have been releasing right at FSR 3.0 launch time which seems a hell of a coincidence.
Part of the issue is that the Vulkan renderer is currently not working well. It seems likely that this will be sorted out hand in hand with the proper FSR implementation coming in, so there may be some good performance gains to be had from that.
Definitive Edition will be free upgrade, lol.
The most probable reason Larian didn't bother too much with FSR on launch is because there is a big ass Nvidia logo on the screen every time you launch BG3.
Does this game have DLSS? I have an AMD card.
Does not mean much, because the game is CPU limited, so making GPU faster does not help at all…
