Voss bug act 3?

He is in the sewers saying follow me to the tap room and I have the hammer. He is not moving anywhere.

Exact same problem. He shows up now finally after the patch today, only to not actually advance the quest.

Have you got a summon out. He did this on my druid playthru when i had summons out. When you scare the other npcs he just stands there rock solid.

Same here. Summons break a lot of quests. If you have one, dispel it and they should move.

The problem is that he was originally missing from the sewers entirely when you had to deliver the Orphic Hammer to him. Now that he is actually in the sewers as the patch notes say, he is broken and will not advance the quest regarding the Orphic Hammer. It has nothing to do with him not moving somewhere. Also, I have no summons.

Same here... Had the bug before where he wasn't in the sewer. Now after the update he doesn't move after the dialog. Very annoying and kinda game breaking as you cant proceed with that quest line.

I hace the same issue :/ ... it's no posible solution on this? killing raphael it's was very dificult and i don't wanna do the same again, also y finish alot of other quest after that :c...

I have the same bug. Before Patch 1, Voss wouldn't even show up in the sewers, now he shows up but is bugged regardless.

I originally declined Raph's deal, met Voss in the tap room, then went to House of Hope(HoH) and stole the Hammer. On going to the sewer to meet Voss, I encountered the aforementioned bug.

Then I tried reloading before going to HoH, but well after declining the deal and talking to Voss in the tap room. I went back to Raphael accepted the deal, but Voss was not in the sewers, neither was the dragonborn.

Then, I reloaded to a point before the whole quest, accepted Rapheal's deal when he first proposes it, and then went to meet Voss in the tap-room with the Hammer in tow, and I was finally able to complete the quest and get the reward.

So currently, the only way to complete the quest properly is, accepting Raph's deal when he first offers it, immediately going to Voss in tap room, then going to HoH and grabbing your contract and killing Raph.

You can move forward, and the Orpheus ending choices will still be open to you. The quest will auto resolve and complete when you make the final choices; although Voss's interactions might not be as you intended. Only thing you'll miss is the Legendary Gith Silver Sword, which I find not to be as good as Baldur's Sword anyways, but as a completionist this sucks.

This quest was bugged even before the big Patch 1 dropped. But it's still broken, just at a different part. There many more bugs & issues to fix, features to add, optimisation & balancing to be done. So, there's no telling when this quest will be fixed. Better to progress anyways, and finish the game finally. You can always return a year later for a second playthrough, by that time all this should be fixed, hopefully.

you can cast command drop on voss in the sewers and get the legenday sword
in act 3 - you also get the dialog for picking up the sword, he didn't even aggro but you have to sneak and pick it up- cheesy but works

Better deal is to accept the contract and then tear up the contract later since you are going to meet him later anyway. If you accept you get his sword.
