Not Updating to new patch

My game in steam is acting like there was no patch, When i went to play, there was noting to download.. I am running a few mods.. is this why its not updating?

Sometimes you need to restart steam for updates to show up.

Try exiting Steam (Click on Steam and then click on Exit, near the top) and then re-open Steam and see if the patch download starts afterwards.

ya i did that before posting here but it might be a wide spread problem maybe

Restart PC and clear your Steam Download Cache then try again.

I know this might sound silly but have you got enough room on your SSD or HDD for the update?

I am also having this issue. I thought it was up to date but I dont have the extra difficulty settings. That was the most obvious sign for me...

This did nothing and I have enough room for the download :(.
