Another fun build if you just want to hit things as hard as possible is
Barbarian 9/Fighter 3 (half orc race)
There is also some rogue/spore druid shenanigans
get about 120-140 dmg per turn
Sounds fun
I also built a druid(spore)/fighter(EK) that went pretty well. The idea was to use the EK ability to fire off a cantrip and then attack in melee while using all the equipment that boosts fighting styles using both and having both the cantrip and spell come off wisdom. I suspect it'd be better as a warlock/fighter using charisma though.
Even if you do not use armor (yeah, potent robe is a must, but you gain it at the end of act 2, so 2/3 through the game), it is still nice to have, since certain gloves, helmets and so on require proficiency.
For warlock, I would take Great Old One. The more attacks you make, the more likely you are to crit on one of them, meaning you can reliably inflict the fear effect every round for free in a small AoE, and keep enemies from moving closer (especially in addition to your pushback)
Your dragon ancestor should always be bronze in this build, since that means you can use lightning charges (with the spell sparkler, and later Markoheshkir as a staff). Draconic sorcerers can add their charisma every time you deal damage associated with your element, which, with lightning charges, you will do on every single blast. So another +5 to every blast, just as much as potent robe gives you.
This can in fact be increased even further with the necklace of elemental augmentation, which adds another +5 to every beam, IF you use lightning charges and picked bronze as your ancestry.
So another +10 on every beam right there, if you have 9 beams (haste + quicken), that is 90 damage. If you decide to use action surge. 120 damage. While not costing you anything, really. Markoheshkir is the best staff in the game for you, anyways.

Machine gun Fsorlock (2Fi/2Wa/8So), crazy eldritch blast damage.
Lockadin (6Pa/6Wa), big smites with short rest refreshes.
Summoner (6Dr/6Wi), circle of spores and necromancer.
Storm (6Cl/6So), tempest and storm (or draconic with blue/bronze)
Plenty of multiclass ideas, most of them are fairly strong, but the most popular ones are machine gun warlock and lockadin.
That's clearly not what you said. And op clearly asked for "dual class".
And yeah, a Sorcerer without EB can easily do as much or more cantrip damage in a round, especially with gear that Chills enemies (Mourning Frost), twinned cantrips, etc due to Vulnerability being overpowered in BG3. Point being that you don't need any Warlock levels at all. This would of course change the strategy/gearing of your character(s) though.
Dual wield 2x hand crossbows
You got Two-Weapon Fighting and +1 action from College of Swords bard + skill Slashing Flourish (Ranged) which allows you to attack two enemies once. But you can use it to attack 2x times ONE TARGET too....
From 3 lvl in fighter you got Archery fighting style, Action Surge for even more attack action and Champion subclass for better crit rate + Medium/Heavy Armour Proficiency
From 3 rogue you got sneak attack to even more dmg boost which can be triggered automatically under your character's Spellbook > Reactions tab vs enemies you have an advantage, and +1 Bonus Action from thief subclass.
Remember to pick Sharpshooter feat to make ranged attacks -5 penalty to Attack Roll, but deal an additional 10 damage.
Drink your potion of speed for another extra action and spam Slashing fluorish to kill all easily.
And thanks to bard and rogue you got many Proficiency and Expertise Bonuses to skills.
If you have warlock or ranger in team spam Hex/Hunter mark on enemies and they got additional damage whenever you attack them. There is helmet (Grymskull Helm) which give Hunter's Mark spell too. You need a heavy armour proficiency to equip it, but you got this from fighter.
You can choose drow for Superior Darkvision (Can see in the dark up to 24m.) to shoot things from far even on dark without penalties and you got sleep immunity and advantage on saving throws against being charmed.
Or Halfling for advantage at Stealth checks and reroll dice if you got 1 on an attack roll or ability check.

You can change this build to 4 bard / 3 rogue / 5 fighter if you wanna take one additional feat instead of improved bardic Inspiration and additional spells :)
