Nine-Fingers and the Knifethrowing

Hey,
I've seen Nine-Fingers in a Fight and it looked... like fun what she did.
Someone has an idea of her build? As I suspect she uses more or less what we can do as well?

I would suspect that the is a Thief or maybe a Thief/Fighter MC?

As she did something like Sneakattack with Throwing... but I did not found this option myself so far. Would love to play this myself, might not be the "strongest" build but well... she did 4-6 throws a round with around 30dmg each...

As long as you're using the Throw action to throw daggers, you can get Sneak Attack damage assuming all other conditions (No Disadvantage, adjacent ally or Advantage on the attack roll) are met.
