Silent Monk vendor, Undercity Ruins

Hey, I was playing earlier tonight and I stumbled on a silent monk character in the undercity ruins, he was selling some interesting druid gear but I had no money on me, so I decided to continue the quest I was doing and return later with money.

Now that I've returned, I can't find him anymore. He used to be very close to Sarin'z skull from the skeleton puzzle.

Any idea where he might be?
