I mean I know that some of the issues I raised can be fixed with 2 years worth of patches. Such is the state of the games industry, half-baked release is par for the course. But some of the things I mention are core to the game and will not or cannot be changed.

missing 98% hit chance four times in a row and get critical miss at fifth attempt just shows system itself is some kind of parody of randomness. statistically such rolls are nearly impossible to happen, yet they happen all over the game.
