Can any class unlock Necromancy of Thay?

Like can a sorcerer be able to get talk to the dead or only a wizard necromancer?

Any class can use the book. You just need to pass the die rolls.

You can unlock 3 pages in Act 1. Then the 4th page can be obtained in Act 3.
