Have I missed out on Karlach?

So I didn't come across Karlach at the druid grove. I saved the grove and the Tieflings. I'm now in Act 2 and I'm wondering if Karlach shows up again to recruit?

If you progressed into Act two, then you missed her. Be wary of any zone-transition that the game throws a warning to you about progressing through, those are typically points of no return.

I killed her and regret it. I'll make sure to pick her up in my 2nd playthrough.

she´s standing on some narrow path not too far from the house with the "Palladins".

I have bug, and Karlach is not in her spawn point, only blood and Im in Act 1, even before enter Grove

I don't know any mod can do that issue, can I just spawn Karlach using mods ?

You might be able to spawn her using Debug Book ... but given what you've just said, I'm not sure what results you'll get.
