Can't exit TB mode - stuck on Waiting

What's going on here, I clicked on a disabled trap with Karlach like I wanted to attack it, nothing happened. She got stuck at immobile when I tried clicking her to move around.
So I entered Turn Based mode to see what's going on, now I can't exit it.
I went through everyones turns and now I'm stuck on Shadowheart and can't end her turn OR exit TB mode.

And as usual I haven't F5'ed in several minutes and don't want to lose this progress cause I had some really good dice roll luck and don't want to do it over again.

What can I do? This game seems really buggy.

OK I fixed it, I quicksaved at that moment and reloaded and there was a dice roll on the screen all of a sudden. It must have bugged out and didn't show so the game was waiting for me to click on the proceed to roll button.
