There isn't a proper fix, but you can get around it by having a friend join the game, control the character you want to reclaim an oath, have them crash but you reap the benefit.
Only problem is that if the friend doesn't have a character already in there, you're going to be forced to open a slot on the team for them forever.
If you want your own character to reclaim an oath after breaking it and you've multiclassed, you're out of luck until the devs fix it.
Incorrect.
I just did that yesterday.
Paladin/Warlock multiclass -> restored oath
No crash at all.
