It's usually very clear which option is going to lead to romance, and there's always the option to decline if you get yourself into a situation you didn't mean to.
Companions themselves can be hit or miss based on your own personal beliefs, some of them start out kind of grating and become more endearing as the story progresses and you find out more about who they are.
Wouldn't really call any of it cringe, definitely diverse though.
Very immersive plot. The first half of the game is still the greatest RPG I've played.
I so so very wish this was true.
Gale stopped me in Act 2 while in the shadow woods to tell me the constant threat of death made him want to shag me.
I never once attempted to romanced this man.
The sexual stuff is done horribly imo. Most companions act like a hooker
Yes, but hearing lots of subjective opinions helps to paint a clearer picture of things
Wether the Game is Sexualized depends mostly on you.
If Characters Like You enough they might make Advances or be Open to Advances from You.
You Accepting or Promoting them is your Choice.
BG3 is all about making Decisions.
Including the Decision to Say No or Walk Away without clicking any further Dialogue Options.
Alot of People are used to just exhausting all Dialogue Options.
But thats a very Bad Idea in Baldurs Gate.
As It leads to Fights or Romances etc.
Hence these People then Cry about being Forced into Romance by Gale because Gale will try to Charme the Player if he likes him enough.
Beyond that. There aint much Sex unless You specifically go for it.
I swear some of you are posting these as humble brags now.
Nope just stating fact.
