Swap Spells once you hit level 12 (Sorceror)

Am I stuck with the spells I chose once I hit the level cap? I know normally you can change one spell out per level up, but what happens once you hit level 12? Are the spells now set in stone?

You can always respec and just pick Sorc again and repick all your spells again.

Doesn't even cost a thing, can just pickpocket Withers with 0 consequences.

(Also little tip if you don't care about the level 12 feat, once you hit 11 with Sorc can pick up 1 level of Wizard so you have access to the entire Wizard Spellbook and can swap a few spells at will. Reason for level 11 on Sorc is because you don't get anymore Slots at 12)
