Druid Shillelagh bug when taking lvls of Barbarian

I have run into an issue where I take Karlack and respec her. I put her first level as Druid as well as the 2nd to get bear form, as soon as I take 1 lvl of barb at the 3rd lvl things go wonky. I tested this. Took 1 lvl of druid. Shillelagh works as intended wep scales with wiz. 2nd lvl of druid is still not an issue. 1st lvl of bar is taken, I cast Shillelah on my wep and all a sudden it scales with Charisma......

The ONLY way this works is if you take your first lvl as Barb then lvls of druid. Only then does Shillelagh scale with wiz correctly when cast.

I tried every way of doing this, the only way it works is to take 1st lvl barb and then go into Durid. It will then cast Shillelagh on the weapon and scale it with wiz correctly.
