GeForce Driver 537.13 - Act 3 performance improvement
There seems to be a noticeable performance increase in Act 3 with the latest Nvidia drivers.

Prior to updating the drivers I was getting 70-90 fps with frame drops, now it's hovering around 120-140 and feels much smoother. I'm using the Vulkan API rather than DX11.
