maybe in definitive edition eh larian
What do you mean? Is there no romantic conclusion to the Karlach route?
That's heavily disappointing.
Shart feels more canon to me, especially after Act 2. If you're Lawful to True Good, go Shart. If you're Chaotic Good go Kaert.
Idk about canon, but I think Dark urge + Karlach might be canon. Much more content with those two. Especially the ending where you can go to Avernus with her. Opens up paths for more DLC. That's just my opinion.
Tbf, Shart's into BDSM. So you have finger-to-butt or fresh bruising.
There is, if you play your cards right at the end of the game, you can Go to Avernus with her to find a way to cure her for the surface world with her engine.
Karlach becomes a mindflayer, the infernal engine calms
Karlach doesn't go to avernus, dies
Karlach goes to avernus without you
If you're playing with Wyll as your origin character, you can go to avernus with her
There's no solution where you're together unless you play as wyll and you're still going to somewhere she was willing to risk ceremorphosis to avoid staying in.
There's a datamined part of her quest in the upper city where the infernal engine can be permanently fixed and she can stay on the material plane indefinitely without being a risk to herself or anyone around her. This isn't implemented ingame.
Wanted to write the same thing.
Game is crippled currently.
That's odd. I was under the impression that the game is mostly complete, with some lack of polish.
When Divinity Original Sin 2 came out from EA it went into definitive edition right away.
Act 3 is blatantly unfinished, like the acts 3 and 4 of dos2 before it.
Oh.. I wasn't aware of that..
Makes me feel like I should've waited a year then. Playing the "complete release" rather than replaying it and losing some of it's charm along the way.
Karry(autospell, but I’m just going with it) argue works for any good or even neutral char, but not evil per her opinion on them devils.
