All he had was cameos, i.e. non-essential encounters.

He is overused in D&D as it is. I am actually happy that neither the D&D movie nor BG3 featured him.

Not surprised, he has got at least as many people that are sick to death of him as he does fanbois. Id welcome the chance to kill him myself as I find him insufferable.

God I'm glad there isn't a Drizzt cameo. Such an overused character, and it's sad that Faerun had such a so-so writer creating its most famous characters. Krynn had so much better with Weiss and Hickman.

Didn't Drizzt just star in a game within the last few years? I don't think he needs that much screen time.

He can't be in BG3, i killed him back in BG1 for his scimitars. And again when he remembered me killing him in BG2 if i'm not going senile.

Hey man, Salvatore is easier to digest, that doesn’t mean he’s a so-so writer. He’s the Forgotten Realms Dan Abnett with his Gaunts Ghosts novels.

He did do some nasty stuff with an elder brain though (something about having light fingers for massaging). Makes him thus valid in the context !
