Chandeliers as well can be shot down. Lot of environmental's that are easily missed without experimenting.
The one time I tried this(because of the loading screen tooltip) it would flip the switch but the door didn't open it was the prison doors in the iron throne.
I didn't have grease when I ended up failing all strength checks and managed to get that puzzle solved by just having Karlarch hit it hard with her weapon which obviously vibrated the mechanisms enough to dislodge it so it's not just grease that can help.
