Way to respec hag hair?

Is there a way to change which stat the hag hair buffs? I want to respec my character from str focused to char focused but I put the hag hair in str and the game only lets you start with 15+2 in a stat so I need that +1 to make it even. If you can't change the buff is there a different way to get +1 char that isn't from a feat? I already plan on putting +2 into char from ability improvement but that gets it to 19 and the +1 char feats don't look particularly appealing.

You can't change the hair but you can respec attributes at Withers and free up the points there. You keep the hair bonus.

you've just got to start all over again because that one little thing that you cant change will irk you until the end of the game i'm afraid.

I mean what's the point of allowing us to respec and change our class then?

You cannot change the hair bonus without using mods. Imho, strenght is poor choice to augment. Theres a LOT of items improving strenght to preset values. Both permanent and temporary.

You can get +char from the mirror of loss, in addition to another +2 to any attribute (not guaranteed to work on honor mode). Unless you are playing Shadowheart and turn from Shar.
