Karlach quest
Sometime ago I tried doing her quest line but then I found out that Dammon has died by (what looks like to be) rescuing the Tieflings to safety and just before the village he died along with everyone else with him.

Now the quest seems to be bugged and thinks he is still alive telling me to go talk to him....

It doesn’t seem to make any difference in the end.

Karlach still dies unless she turned illithid no matter if you fix her in act 2 or not. So don’t worry there are no consequences of daemon dying

i mean, if he does before you get the second upgrade then you get no hugs :steamsad:
