Are you able to forge all the adamantine items?

only 2. I recommend armor. Too many op weapons while 19+ ac armors you will find only near the end act 2/act 3

and yeah the 'cant be crit' on the armours are pretty awesome.

theres a helmet you can find as well. it'll make the wearer immune to crits. but i forget where it is.

You get it after you kill the machine golem

The weapons are pretty solid choices too. I used that sword for quite a while. Even if it just negates half resistance to the weapon type it's still a pretty powerful effect.
Plus auto critting on breakables is helpful, it saves time.

Apparently the medium and heavy armors are the best choices overall. Cause apparently you can find better weapons soon after.

the armors and shields are the best to craft because you will end up getting way more powerful weapons soon after
