Ketheric is another example. He sounds like an old man who has given up on everything in life.
I don't think it was the VA's fault though, whoever choose / wrote the dialogue. Maybe they also could have gone deeper in Act 2 with more of his back story etc, felt like they slightly rushed it or skimped on budget so they didn't have to pay the VA too much for more lines/dialogue.
Maybe they should have chosen a less famous VA and rather had more dialogue voiced out rather than running out of budget for it.
Then after being beaten persuaded to surrender just to do a blackflip and can't even suicide correctly so he had to head stomped by a lesbian half god like a total loser.
