Wait... Orphic Hammer makes someone hate you?

I was just wandering around Baldur's Gate
heard i can go raid Raphael's home
and thought to myself, lets mess with Raphael
i literally did not know that Orphic Hammer has any significance outside of freeing a captive dwarf woman.


like... i didnt pursue any different path, i was on the side of my Guardian
and because I got the Orphic Hammer, im somehow disappointing?

MY ENTIRE MOTIVE WAS TO KICK RAPHAEL'S ASS.

The guardian just moans a lot but doesn't actually do anything about your actions so feel free to do what you want.

I did this today, however I knew that it was needed to free the gyth in the astral plain . I still did it even though I am also on side of gaurdian.. yeah he was kinda pissed but I have a feeling he wont mind in the end :)

its one of those look but dont touch type things, Spoilers: Your guardian is an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and you getting the orphic hammer means you are likely to release orpheus

honestly to choose from an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ vs an entire race of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with the literal prince of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

... its not hard to know whose the lesser ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ to pick.

You must have skipped spam space bar to skip dialogue with Raphael when he was in the Demon's Room in Sharess's Caress, the hammer was first and only mentioned there.

That whole scenario dragged on for a thousand hours longer than I wished for. I barely scrapped through it with enough potions.

What a nightmare.

But it was all worth it in the end. That adventure helped wipe out the Flayers and I didn't have to sell my soul to Raphael to do it.

Everybody died.

Win-win.

i didnt even go to Sharess's Caress
