Impact game experience? Most likely.
What do you mean with "will this negatively impact the overall game experience?"
Yes and No.
You are missing alot of Quests etc xD
But hey. You do You xD
Its one Path You can Take.
I recommend Playing as Dark Urge then.
Its the Matching Character for doing this.
No matter who you play, "killing everything" if you dont mean "killing specific things you might" will impact your game.
For example, you will find a lot of things in your game that if you try to kill when you see them, they will kill you. If you kill shadowheart and never get her with you, and kill astarion and never get him with you, and then Gale, you probably wont survive much longer to get the companions which would be enough to complete the game.
If you try to kill the druids when first you met them, they WILL kill you. As when you first encounter them, 2 of the druids can one shot you no matter who you are.
So, if you "kill everyone" you wont be playing much longer than 1/3 of the act 1.
You might want to be more specific if you want to look serious.
No it is ok. Early game it is just easy exp, and when you arrive at moonrise towers around level 8 - its basically no point not to kill everyone. Like why do borring errand tasks when you can just kill your way to, and a taskigiver to boot?
