Kill an innocent person, free Sazza the Goblin from Emerald Grove, kill the Owlbear mother and her cub, use Auntie Ethel's wand to resurrect Mayrina's husband, etc. Killing an innocent person will break the Oath of Devotion, as well as Oath of Vengeance. Anything that defiles the order of nature etc will break Oath of the Ancients.

I did and it suggested I let sazza get killed. I did this and nothing happened... hence why I'm here.

Some things depend on what Oath you are.
Thanks, that's a more comprehensive list than what I was reading, however it still lists letting arka kill sazza as a trigger, which it didn't.
Am I supposed to be taking a long rest or something?
as i said before, try freeing her instead.
Will do, thanks.
Failing that, I'll respect to ancients and kill the owl bears.
As Sinclair said, you will know right away. You paladin character will hunch hover and mutter some words to self. Then literally after that a cut scene will queue and you will have a talk with the Oathbreaker paladin who will then await at camp for you to discuss breaking your oath or paying penitence to keep it.
Make sense, thanks.
whereas here you are basically siding with a servant of evil and setting them free, this should INSTANTLY break your oath as soon as the dialogue ends
Hmmm... Minthara is a paladin but she still help them. She suggest her oath endure even if her faith is broken, dosen't add up for me. Would have been better to make her an oathbreaker from the beginning, more interesting too.
