Can we get an Update to the Genitalia Options?

Can we get the added Options to do both so we can have Futanari? I mean we are talking about a Fantasy Game where we have Trans Options, so why not let us got both. Even have option to have Berries or Twig Only. More Customization Options are always better after all.

Little to late for that. I say more Body Customization with more Option on how to use them. After all if its Realistic Looking then its not considered AO. The Censors are so fixated on the Anime Style to care about this so I say we take advantage of it while we can.

I know what you are thinking, sounds crazy, right? But keep an open mind, I've thought this through:

This way we could easily solve the romance issue for the people that are easily offended, let us tie a blue ribbon or pink ribbon on the junk on our forehead to indicate preference.

I know you're just joking around, but you literally only see the genitals of your character for like a minute or two at most out of dozens of hours of play, so it's a low priority.

Frankly, I would rather they add musculature or fatness sliders (or height) long before adding something like more genital options. It's honestly a sore spot for me that they included genital customization without including basic body customization first.

I honestly think having the option to select genitals and body type separately is a good one, but I agree with you insofar as I'd have wanted height and body size sliders before 5 different pant snakes to chose from.

Fully customizing the faces would be nice too, though at the end of the day I prefer the portraits being accurate over full customization here. First game that actually did a great job here, can't recall ever being happy with the portraits like in BG3.
