Getting Mayrina out of the cage

So i killed the Hag during the bossfight unbeknownst to me there was a negotiation segment where she reaches 20 health and surrenders. Karlach critical hit for 24 damage and instantly killed her. Fine, i dont need to negotiate with her. BUT HOW DO I GET MAYRINA OUT OF THE CAGE. The cage is no longer on fire but I dont know how to get her out without attacking it and dropping her into the abyss. I would rather NOT do the boss again just to save time.

you push the elevator button. it lowers the cage.
