Keeping the Hope (spoilers)
Hope died on my absolutely epic fight with Raphael. Is there any reason to keep her alive for story/gaming purposes? I really don´t want to start a 45 minute fight again...

Nothing in that area (regarding Hope) affected the rest of my playthrough as far as I can tell. Perhaps story wise (or cut content ending wise) there could be something.

Nothing I recall. She just kinda lives there after. Might help near the end but I breezed past the room with all the rescuees and allies.

She was VERY helpful on the fight with Raphael.. A powerful healer, I rememember using one of her divine powers on which all my characters got ALL their spell slots back as if they´ve long rested.

She is not even an asset in the last mission. So just move on

If you keep her alive, she will give you the "gloves of soul catching," which are amazing for strength monks.

This, the reward for keeping her alive, best glove for monk although the appearance can be quite ugly

Not playing a monk, I sold those gloves to the shopkeeper as soon as I walked out of the portal. (Right after I told her that, "No, I don't think I will honor our bargain". Kind of amazing she was still willing to trade with me after that.)

He's on about the gauntlets of hill giant strength or something I'm assuming the shop keep originally asked you to get in return for the portal entrance
