Spot the cutted companions

Just a little game. Which npc do you think were most likely to be companions too? Of course we know some of them thanks to datamining but after finishing the game i had the impression that some npcs were also meant to be companions. In general i think there were supposed to be all classes present in act 1 (as soon as possible) this would also match with Larians initial statement of "giving access to the EVIL HALF of them":

- fighter: Lae'zel
- barbarian: Karlach
- paladin: Minthara (sadly only after reaching Moonrise, a tad too late)
- ranger:
-- Minsc (datamined to be foud in act 1)
-- Ellyka (thiefling ranger on the bridge before gith patrol, later dead at gith creche, with option to ask her to join you)
- cleric: Shadowheart
- druid:
-- Jaheira (end act 2, too late)
-- Halsin (after act 1, datamined to had more content)
-- Kargha maybe before Jaheira was in planning (she struggles between normal? and dark druids and cloak wood was shown on a map afair during a presentation, the location of the shadow druids so maybe her questline would have led there)
- bard: Alfira (no brainer, was datamined and we meet her in act 1, rescue her lover? in act2 and maybe could helped her in act 3 to open a bard school whatever)
- artificer: Wulbren (gnome of goblin village which we find during act 1,2,3 which was most likely his companion questline but they cutted the whole class, his self description is literal the class description)
- warlock: Wyll
- wizard: Gale
- sorcerer: Roland (like Wulbren we meet him during act 1,2,3 with a complete quest line which was maybe his companion questline)
- monk: maybe the crazy elf/human? guy in goblin fortress with his whips?

Problem with that:
- too many thieflings (Alfira, Roland, Karlach, Ellyka), maybe it would have been better to make Karlach some demon like Fallen from Grace (Planescape), would have fired Wyll up more and Roland a normal elf instead thiefling just stranded at druid grove) and Ellyka don't know
- too many druids (Jaheira, Halsin are imho already 1 too much), maybe Jaheira and Minsc should have been left out or as non companions to make place for new ones like Ellyka / Kargha

What do you think would have fitted for the missing 6-7 classes as companions?
