There are more gay marriages/relationships than straight ones in this game

Not even trolling, I'm almost done and it's not even close. It's probably 75% at this point. The WHO estimates about 5% of humans are gay or bi. Is there something in the water in this universe? How is the population even supported? It's a low tech medieval world for a start, the human race would be extinct at this ratio.

That's the real end of the world scenario in this game. No one is making babies.

I walked around BG trying to find quests since that city is a bit of a mess. So yes, literally clicked on pretty much every named NPC in the city. Not joking, the ones that mention their significant other are majority gay.

By the way, it's weird why so many NPC's have their own voice actor but only say like two lines. Feel like many of them had cut quests or something.

Did you actually go around and count? Even assuming you're right, does that seem normal to you, just going around counting and categorizing literal NPCs to see if they follow real-world trends?

Every character will romance the avatar character. Literally all of them.
That being said there are literally a ton of straight couples just in the druid's grove.
There are literally like ten children there too.

He talks about the couples you get to interact with in some form. There are the gnomes in Grymforge, the girl in the Mermaid, and of course the deva and Isobel. There are others, too, so you can see that someone wanted to wave the banner.
I can remember only two straight couples. The dwarves in the city, of which the wife is to be poisoned, and Mayrina with her undead husband.

So Larian went out of their way giving almost all of the 2000 or so npcs unique voices and looks, something nobody else bothers with and you complain about it? ^^
