Looking for Zevlor in Act 3

Just wondering if he's here in the City. I freed him from mind flayer colony and never saw him since. I know he comes back to offer aid during the fight with the brain, but I was wondering if he's even in the city as an npc.

I'm also trying to find him, there has to be a way to see him somewhere...

I LOOKED everywhere for him. He only showed up in the final battle as a summon-able ally.
It's really unfortunate for him, I wish he got a redemption quest in Act 3 but he didn't get it.
Poor Zevlor, he deserved some love.

They didn't want to spend more $$ on voice lines for Zev, so put him in Exile until the end and even then he gets like 2 voice lines
