Main thing with that battle is to take out the 3 casters as quick as possible. First round use dash on your melee characters to get right into their faces and use your casters to use disabling spells or damaging spells to take them out. Once the casters are gone, things are a lot easier.
For the entrance chamber I just pulled the guards to the stairs by the prison after killing the Ogre and guards in the dorms by luring them outside.
The aggro radius on the guards is very weird and doesn't seem to work. I fought the alchemist and the gnolls by the kitchen, and two of the guards in the throne room joined in while the others sat there.
After killing those guards I was able to enter the throne room and defeat the remaining guards.
From there if you've killed all the other guards you only have to fight Kethric maybe depending on your choices.
