I'm in a room filled with poison clouds and theres a lever by a locked door. The lever when i interact with it says that it is unable to be used. when i look online it makes it sound like there is a second lever somewhere but i cant find it

think you need to pass a perception check to use that lever in the room at end of corridor

Those levers only unlock that same door, so if you already lockpicked it, doesn't matter any more.

i only see one lever and it doesnt do anything. I have not lock picked a door

where is the other lever in the room? i only see the one right next to the door

Door to the right gets a lever after you pulled the lever in the last room.

The room with the operating table in it. There's tables with a bottle of poison and a book about Carrion Crawler poison on it, between the 2 tables is a lever between them. That lever only becomes available to use if you pass a perception check.
