Any other way to get the Spellsparkler?
I picked the Joltshooter during the Rescue the Duke quest at Waukeen's Rest instead of the Spellsparkler and I'm just wondering if there is another way to get it later on. This was a while ago, so reloading a save isn't something I want to do at this point.

Are there better items? I kept that as Gale's weapon the entire game because I found not a single better weapon for him. Lightning Charges are fantastic for spellcasters.

im playing as a sorc so yes there are better staves. a few in act 2 and the legendary in act 3
