location of scroll of haste

I can't find information about location of this scroll, any ideas where it can be?

on merchants once you hit level 4-5-ish.

merchants re-roll inventory randomly and gold after every long rest. So if you are ever out of a specific spell, or potion, or gold, or camp supply - rest, teleport to druid grove, and rob that dude blind, then port around, find what you need, and buy/steal it.
