Auntie Ethel loot error

Hi, did anybody had this Loot error? I managed to convince Ethel to give me the stat bonus and leave the girl behind... then i got two overlapping loot Windows and can't use any of them. reload etc. didn't do the trick. Any ideas? I tried an alternative path and just took her gift without saving the girl. There i got one Loot window and could take it...
