What stat(s) influence how heavy an item/person you can throw?

Based on what I've read, your strength stat and the weight of what/who you're trying to throw is the only thing in BG3 that determines how heavy of an item you're allowed to throw. I recognize that there is a universe of knowledge out there for D&D and I only possess a fraction of it, so I wanted to check with the forums. Sorry for such a simple question.

According to the BG3 wiki, character size doesn't have any direct impact. Which I thought actually differed from 5e & other rulesets, where it does play a part of the equation.

To my inderstanding only your strength stat matters. Your race size does not

Strength, not racial size however the Enlarge spell can help you out.

Funny thing I figured out last night, you can throw characters out of combat for environmental reasons. I was in the Shar dungeon and my little gnome couldn't make a few of the jumps exploring. So Karlach picked her up and threw her across instead of using a spell to move. Don't know why I didn't think of it before either.

If you're unable to throw the body of a person into a chasm because they're too heavy, you can put the body into a moveable container like a jug and then shove the container into a chasm.

Found this out yesterday.
