Did you skip over Gales backstory where he talks about banging an actual goddess?

Greek gods breed with humans.
So really far-fetched with Aylin^^
Or is it because she is lesbian ?

I think Larian forgot to run this one by you. I heard they are working on a fix as we speak.

Really disappointed that char proudly announces they need to go ♥♥♥♥ Isobel now, after years of captivity and a gruesome fight.

It really does not matter that there's girl on girl action. But the moment it's announced could not be more cringe inducing. If the immortal banging the undeceased were a hetero human couple - it'd still be cringe.

Good writing would code the relationship as opposed to blurting it out. But the rainbow writing in BG3 makes no stipulation for depth or subtlety.

You know it is.

Man, I wish Steam mods would actually ban all these homophobes already, so we can have actual discussions about the game instead of the same garbage threads over and over...

Oh yeah, she's been tortured and murdered over and over again and finally meets her beloved again, whom she thought dead, and you're complaining she isn't more reserved. Touch grass.

Celestials in forgotten realms are capable of forming relationships with mortals, romantic or platonic. Aasimar, for example, are the descendants of angels mixed with mortals. Not sure why you would think they couldn't be in relationships, unless perhaps this is a bad faith attempt at trying to disguise your aversion to gay characters and pass it off as being a lore issue for a setting you know little about.

But it couldn't be that, right?

D&D gods are closer to the Greek/Roman pantheons, and remember that Zeus f**ked everything that moved *as* everything that moved.
It's pretty on brand.

Nah, couldn't be that, not like in any of the other 5000 threads about the same thing...

Its an Aasimar...

Aasimars are send to the Material realm as Champions of their Titular gods.

But they arn't Gods, nor Angels.

They are the "Divine" version of Tiefflings basicaly.

Is it kinda on the nose? yes, i'll admit i rolled my eyes so far back i could see my own brain.

is it an issue?, nah not really, they are both characters that you talk to 4 times and then they doesn't have much else purpose.

They where both Plot devices for Ketheric backstory and motivations and thats about it.

Just look at the title for more than 5 seconds and you'll know what is wrong with that relationship for OP.
