Question about spells such as Blur

It says, it gives an enemy a disadvantage on attack rolls against YOU. Does the YOU part simply mean the character who is casting the spell or YOU meaning any of my team? I feel like the description needs a bit more work lol

The buff is clearly only applied to a single character, so it would be for that character.

Blur only affects the caster. It's a great spell for keeping low-HP people safe.

blur is target self, hence why it uses the language of "you" rather then "the target"

I had the issue once with a game and smoke grenades.

Somehow inhale smoke makes it harder to hit the enemy and give them buff

Another question please, do animal speaking potions resupply at vendors every now and then or are they limited?
