Bait. No sane parent would give their 13year old a game which is rated mature
the answer is none, by the by, if you say no it doesn't happen
I would not let my 13 year old play it without doing a thorough playthrough first.
Lol, you... dont have any kids, I take it.
Sex, just say "no." And it won't happen, but you can't just forbid it through a menu.
Also, there's A LOT of violence and gore. Im 34yo and a bit traumatized by the gore in Act 1's Gnoll areas. Like, it's a shocker. There's mutilated body parts, ripped out intestines, blood. Blood everywhere. The nudity and sexual content is incredibly tame compared to the blood and violence in this game.
At most, you prob get 1 hour of romance in a 100+ hour game xD
Edit: I really think there's better alternatives for a thirteen year old, this game is not for them.
Do your companions simply not romance you?
Like murdering a helpless paralytic just to take their stuff, uncontrollably goring and mutilating a hapless bard in the night and then covering up your crime, watching goblins eat a dwarf, waltzing through a lair themed to look like reproductive or other types of bodily organs, etc.
