No cantrip at Warlock lvl 4 for Tav?

Warlocks are supposed to learn a new cantrip at level 4, increasing from 2 cantrips to 3. But my Tav never gets the option to choose another cantrip, even when I rebuild my class with Withers. Wyll does get the choice of a new cantrip at level 4. This is super frustrating, because the only new cantrip I'll get won't be until level 10--if I even DO get a cantrip then. Taking "you only need Eldritch Blast" a little too literally here ... :/
