This is becoming frustrating as hell, I have no way of seeing invisibility and its all this guy uses, can anyone offer any other tips on how to beat this guy? thank you

High Perception, Investigation and Persuasion.
That way, you can interrogate him about his Pact with Raphael, and eventually convince him:
That he should kill his Demon friends
that he should kill his Kitty
that he should kill himself

If you can't do that, get your cleric up there somehow, turn on the party lights (aka Guardian spirits) and try to just hold out.

Hit him with aoe to reveal him
Hit the minions with difficult terrain via ice storm or grease
burst down big boi
profit.

use AOE spell each round that should cancel his invisibility everytime

What Recjawjind said, and also check your character movement paths for open areas you can't move into/have to move around. (Is a little cheesy, but it works)

he is a fat ♥♥♥♥, just AoE his position, he rarely moves even in invis

create water spell also works when you need to reveal invisibility or a bottle of water.

I lured him and his minions into a choke point and used area effect attacks. It removes his stealth. Often he cast stealth after his turn so you know where he is. Throw some water down and electrocute them all. They are resistant to ice, but it caused several to slip in one place and then it turns to water. You should have useful scrolls, or spells.

you can also flank him and his goons by climbing up next to him and surprise nuke him in 2 turns

the choke point is the best, let him come to you. Before you go down into their layer there is an area with a crevis that you jump down into where the displacer beast is. Just stay up there and will invis down there just do aoe spells in the area.

A good tip is to use the Elixir of Vigilance on your main (my sorc so I can buff Haste on my melee) so you have the +5 to initiative. Yurgir has a permanent +5 intiative buff too so at worst you will go right after him and can control the fight a little better.

Use his ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ grenade against him

go up the stairs before his room and you have an aerial start position. He will be already up there but has his back to you. Sneak up and start hitting. Much easier than fighting in the bowels of the room.

I had Astarion hide and shoot, Shadowheart use the teleport to transport Tav and herself upstairs, and Lae'Zel Misty Step up there. For the invisibility, I used grenades. I don't know if that's a thing that happened to everyone but once I used a single grenade where I had last seen him, and hit him, he stopped going invisible.
Otherwise (minor spoiler about Volo) Have Volo do the thing on your eye and you will be able to spot invisibility

Guardian Spirits (Cleric) then stick to him like glue wherever you think he is.
