Anyone else lost their Volo eye buff ?

I put it on Shadowhearth she died in a fight, after resurrecting her she no longer has the eye buff

First run, I had Volo's little "see invis" buff vanishing and reappearing sporadically throughout the entire game. Didn't matter what if any helmet I wore. It just vanished when it wanted, then came back when it wanted.

it cycles. by default it lasts 10 turns. then it recycles itself. you likely saw the notes when it recycles itself. there are a lot of other skills/spells/abilites that do that as well.

I just respecced my character and the buff returned. Try it if you still got problems with it

Not lost it fully yet.
But every turn/item equip I lose the buff then gain it again
