Huh, thats wild. Because at least if you get the 5000 gold statue it puts an actual statue of your character model in camp. Weird they'd go lazy with this when it's arguably easier.

Yeah, I actually laughed out loud, like wtf, new standard yo. Take in to account how long the quest was and the lead to the reward, I think the guy said something in the lines of "such a grand hero deserves and equally grand reward", an actual joke.

How odd. I never did finish the artist quest in act 3 so perhaps this is why I never saw this. I got the statue from the circus, though. That was almost worth 5k, though a few voiced snarks from my party would've been welcome in response.

I'm kind of surprised they didn't do the extra bit of work to show your characters portrait on the portrait at least. They've already generated the texture, just need to patch it in.
