Jumping down is possible after destroying the floor, but does require some camera movement to be able to do so.
Unfortunately, once you get down, there is no way out so you are trapped until you reload
I think the issue is moot as this is a dead thread.
You can fast travel out to a nearby waypoint
There is a hidden button that you need to do a perception check on to find. Once you find the button and press it - part of the wall moves and you can just walk through the back.
You did not find the hidden button, huh?
I had the same issue and brought up the map and clicked on the waypoint that is right outside the Tollhouse. Warped right out. It's annoying, but at least it wasn't a whole lot of backtracking.
This whole Act 2 is getting strange. Ive run out of door lockpick sets as well so now missing out on doors and safes. Also as mentioned in another post less relationship events and interactions going on as well.
I dont think Act 2 was very well tested. Act 1 was much better.
