Can you Get the "Sins of the Father" Achivement without becoming a Slayer?

I wanted to do a non-slayer Dark Urge Play through but wanted to see if anyone got to the murder tribunal and decided to take the Bhaal route at the last minute and if the achievement is still possible at the end.

Spoiler: To those of you who are curious. Yes, you can do a "good" throughput up until the end of the game when you fight Orin, (which will be a 1v1 unlike the base game). Once you beat her you will be offered the chance to join Bhaal one last time and can have access to his ending.
