Remove Blood from Camp [SPOILER]

After the accident with the bard as Dark urge, I have this giant blood spot in camp. Is there a way to clean it? Already tried "Create Water" spell

Best way I find is to make sure the Durge scene happens in a different camp screen. Like take a long rest in the ruins where Withers is, or inside the caves of the Druids grove.

Otherwise that stain will be there EVERY time you try and rest in the outdoor section of that early act 1 map.

Quil dying is annoying enough, don't need to see the marking everywhere.
