Npc blocking ladder during escape :D

Npc is neutral, now I wonder if he works for the enemy or why the game tries to screw with me, guess I'll have to push him and hope I still can escape from this mess without him.

underwater prison break, the pilot stands right in front of the ladder

Edit: Pushing them works and they stay friendly "stop that" well no I'm not going to stop that you pushover.
