Zorru is dead... what now?
Hello, we have the quest to speak with Zorru, but he's lying dead in the camp after returning from the Druid fights. We also have the amulet to speak with the dead, but it says that the body is too damaged. What can we do now? Thanks a lot in advance!

Just continue exploring with Lae'zel in your party, particularly in the northwest part of the map.

Once you head NW in the main map you'll encounter the next step of the quest.

Wait wow, that is crazy. So if you kill Zorru, you sequence break the main quest? Wow.

I don't get it, during the EA, they kept telling us to "be evil". How are all these kinks not worked out for the full release?

They even complained that we were playing too many goody-two-shoes characters.

Have you tried speak with the dead ability? I haven't needed to try this, but it could work.

Its a side quest really, not the main quest. But yes, killing an important quest npc can have an effect on the sequence of a quest. Obviously

Its not game breaking or plot altering in particular at all. In fact, your quest journal might have even updated to mention that its not an option any longer in the text section. All that's necessary to progress the story now is to look for the Gith anyway, knowing that they are out there close by if someone saw them. Not talking to Zorru just means you have to tread more ground.

But it should not sequence break the game, I don't think you know what sequence breaking means.

Gotcha, I never killed him as he was a story NPC, so I didn't know if OP had sequence broke the game.

I just tried this. Got a prompt like "The corpse doesn't wish to speak with you"

He does not have much to say. He'll just point to a location on the map you're going to find easily by exploration anyway. Carry on :)

No, because it isn't part of the main quest.

Corpses don't want to talk to the people who killed them. Just use "Disguise Self" and then try again.

Assuming that fails you can just get to the next checkpoint of that quest to pick up from there. Zorru was going to direct you to the NW side of the forest map just past Wakeems Rest. Once you get to the location it picks up like normal.

Necrotic is a really good user name, apparently.
