I not notice anything changed on her appearance
i must be blind or it's bugged what changed.

She will asked you for appearance change, it's a camp event thingy

Nah it did not. It will change once you talk with Dame Aylin in the Camp at Wyrms Lookout. Till that it is fully black. Then the next morning it will change white. No clue why it could not change during the same talk...but whatever.
